Study Endpoints

Primary Endpoint

• Renal plasma flow in response to N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine acetate (L-NMMA) infusion

Secondary Endpoints

• Changes in response to L-NMMA and L-arginine in:
  • other renal function parameters (e.g. glomerular filtration rate)
  • mean arterial pressure/heart rate
• Changes in laboratory parameters (e.g. angiotensin II, aldosterone)
